What is a Player ID?
Your Player ID is a fixed number for your PUBG Mobile account. It doesn't change when you rename your character, and it's how UC reaches exactly your account.
A Player ID isn't a secret: it identifies your account but can't sign anyone in. Your password and verification codes are, so never give those to anyone.
Where to find it
- Open PUBG Mobile and wait for the lobby.
- Tap your profile picture in the top corner.
- Your ID is shown under or next to your name on the profile screen.
- Tap the copy icon next to the number.
Copy it and check it
- Paste the number into the Player ID field on the order instead of typing it.
- Make sure there's no extra space at the start or end.
- Compare the last 3–4 digits with the game before you pay.
If a top-up goes to a wrong ID you entered, we usually can't recover it because the UC reaches another account. Checking before you pay matters most.
Entered it wrong?
If the order hasn't been fulfilled yet, write to support in the order's conversation right away with the correct ID.
Next step
With your ID copied, pick a package on UC by Player ID.
