In short
Once payment is verified, support sends a QR code on your order page. It has a real expiry of only a few minutes, so be ready with the game open.
Steps
- Order QR Login top-up, pay with Vodafone Cash or InstaPay and upload the proof.
- Wait until the order shows "Payment confirmed".
- With the game open and your phone in hand, open the order page and press "I'm ready".
- Support sends the QR code on the same page. Scan it in-game before the time runs out.
- Press "I scanned it", and support completes the top-up and tells you on the page when it's done.
Only press "I'm ready" when you're really by your phone with the game open. The code won't wait.
The code expired before you scanned it?
No problem. Ask for a new code from the order page and support sends another. Next time keep the game open while you wait so you can scan it in time.
