Why Player ID top-up?
- No password needed: your ID is enough, and nobody signs in to your account.
- UC goes straight to your account once payment is verified.

Steps
- Open UC by Player ID and choose a UC package.
- Enter your Player ID and double-check it. Not sure where it is? See how to find your Player ID.
- Complete the order and transfer the exact amount with Vodafone Cash or InstaPay.
- Upload the transfer proof on your order page and enter the number you sent from.
- Once support confirms the money arrived, the top-up is processed and the order status updates in front of you.
After you pay
- "Reviewing your transfer": support is confirming the money arrived.
- "Payment confirmed", then "Your order is in progress": the top-up is being done.
- "Your order was delivered": open the game, check your balance, and confirm receipt if all is well.
Transfer the exact amount. If you send less, the order isn't cancelled and the remainder shows on the order page for you to complete. If you send more, write to support and we refund the difference.

Can I top up a friend's account?
Yes. Enter their Player ID and check it with them before paying.
My proof was rejected?
The reason is written on the order page. Usually the image isn't clear, or the amount or transaction number isn't visible. Upload a clear screenshot of the confirmation message or from your wallet app.
