Choose the right service
WIND PLAY is an Egyptian digital store for PUBG Mobile top-ups, digital subscriptions and software. Read the service description, delivery method and required details before choosing a package.
If a package says its price is coming soon or the service is unavailable, do not transfer an estimated amount. Wait for the published price and availability.
Check your order details
- Sign in to your account.
- Select a package and review its price.
- Enter the fields requested on the product page, such as Player ID for an ID top-up.
- Check every detail before confirming: an incorrect ID may send the top-up to another account.
Never send passwords, verification codes or card details in order chat.
Pay using your order page
Available payment methods are Vodafone Cash and InstaPay. Use the recipient details and total displayed on your order page at the time of payment, and upload transfer proof in the designated area. A transfer alone does not mean the service has been delivered; support reviews receipt of the funds.
Track delivery
Open My orders, then the relevant order. Its page contains the status, support conversation and delivery details. Reply there if support needs more information so everything stays attached to the order.
Confirm receipt after you receive and check the service. If something is wrong, explain it in order chat before confirming. There is no single guaranteed delivery time for every service; use the service description and support updates.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel an unpaid order from its page. After payment, ask support in order chat and read the Refund and cancellation policy. Delivered digital products have different conditions from orders that have not been fulfilled.
