Before transferring
Open the order you want to pay in My orders. Check its total, payment method and recipient details on the order page. Do not rely on a number saved from an old order or sent by an unknown account.
Make sure the package has a published price. Do not transfer an estimated amount when the price is coming soon. Review fees shown by your payment app; transfer fees may affect the amount received.
Useful transfer proof
Upload a clear image through the order's designated payment-proof area. Useful proof shows the amount, transaction date, recipient and transaction reference when available. Do not upload a full account statement or unrelated transactions.
Hide card details, balances and unrelated transactions. Never share passwords, PINs or OTPs.
Keep the original proof until the order completes. A screenshot helps support review the payment but does not replace verification that funds arrived.
After uploading proof
Track the order status and support conversation on the same page. If payment is under review, do not transfer again to speed it up; ask support first. Unclear images or mismatched details may require a clearer proof or a transaction reference.
Short or extra payments
If less than the total arrived, read support's message before sending the difference. If you sent too much or used different recipient details, explain the transaction in order chat. Read the Refund policy for extra payments and orders that could not be fulfilled.
A failed or pending transfer
Check the transaction status in your payment app before trying again. Do not report a failed transfer as successful, and do not send another transfer while the first remains pending. Use Support and your order page to explain the issue.
