Before you start
Your GearUP code arrives on your order page once the payment is confirmed. Activation needs a VPN connected to an Iran server only while you enter the code; turn it off afterwards and play as usual.
No VPN? Get "Iran IP VPN" from the App Store or Google Play, open it, tap Connect and pick Iran.
Activation steps
- Turn the VPN on, pick Iran, and wait until it says Connected.
- Open GearUP Booster.
- Go to Redeem code.
- Paste the code exactly as shown on your order page and tap Redeem.
- Once it says the subscription is active, turn the VPN off and play.
Refused, or "too many attempts"?
This usually happens after trying the code with the VPN off or on another server. Fix it like this:
- Delete GearUP from your phone.
- Connect the VPN to Iran.
- Reinstall GearUP with the VPN still on.
- Open the app and enter the code.
Still refused? Don't keep retrying the code. Message support in the order's conversation with a screenshot of the error.
